Recently you may have been contacted by Mr. Art Rings or other Computer Depot staff with an offer for cheaper dial-up Internet service that requires a change in your dial-up access number and email to something called Linkunet. THIS IS NOT A SERVICE WE ENDORSE OR SUPPLY – DO NOT CHANGE THE ACCESS NUMBER ON YOUR COMPUTER, UNLESS YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR CONNECTION WITH COMMUNICATIONS ADVANTAGE.

We want to assure you The Communications Advantage LLC, has not authorized this change proposed by the Computer Depot. If you are satisfied with your current service, you need not make any changes. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING TO MAINTAIN YOUR CONNECTION TO THE COMMUNICATIONS ADVANTAGE NETWORK.

As you may recall, in October, 2002, Communications Advantage, LLC entered into an agreement with Computer Depot to take over all operational responsibilities of the Computer Depot’s Internet service, email service and website hosting. This means that, for nearly two years, Communications Advantage has provided you this service you now enjoy. And, from our survey results it would appear 93% of you are very satisfied with us. (Survey conducted June – July 2004).

During this time, we improved existing service by including regular billing, virus protection and enhanced security, nation-wide number access for Internet, free Internet Accelerator service, 24/7 customer service support and many other features with prices as low as $9.95, (when you bundle the service with our long-distance plan). Additionally, we introduced 3.9 cent per minute long-distance services, voice mail, conference calling and, most recently, the largest FCC-Licensed high speed wireless Internet network in the county. More importantly, we are a company committed to this community and to you.

The last two years have not been without challenges, but we have worked through them and, as a result of your support, we have become known as the leader in innovation and service in our field. We are proud of our accomplishments and proud to be your Internet provider, thank you for your support.

If you choose to change providers and cancel your Communications Advantage account, we thank you for your business over the last two years and we will look forward to an opportunity in the future to serve your communications and Internet needs, should you wish to return.
